Kari found the practice of yoga roughly seven years ago and was fascinated by how the combination of breath, movement, and meditation seemed to make all of life’s hard moments easier. She pursued her RYT 200 hour credential in 2019 to deepen her own understanding a desire to make yoga accessible to more people. Her classes mix opportunities to build both strength and flexibility, along with a health dose of humor and joy, and are always focused on making her students feel empowered in their own practice.
