The Catalyst is a unique arts & wellness studio in the heart of Stockton's midtown. The studio came to fruition as a result of two needs we felt were lacking in the Stockton community.

First, the need for more establishments focused on promoting and supporting Stockton's numerous talented Artists. Our focus and goal are to help contribute to creating a culture in our community that encourages and supports the arts.

And lastly, the need for an establishment that offers both mental and physical wellness. Our wellness program consists of Art, Yoga, and Meditation classes, as well as support groups for different needs within our community.
