Aerial Yoga | Workshop [12:00pm]

In these workshop classes we will be casually learning how to safely  move with the silk hammocks. Each student will be personally adjusted to  a hammock for their own height. Then as a group, Tina will guide  students through foundations of Aerial Yoga. 

Personal assistance and  adjustments will be available, as she walks the room. We will be  learning how to sit and lay in the silk, stretches. How to flip forward  and backward (front belt, back belt) and stand. Depending on student’s  experience, advanced poses may be available. All poses offered are  always optional.

All levels welcome. This is a valuable class for beginners. Workshop required for flying aerial yoga classes.
