Welcome to a floating sound bath! In the silks we will lay in Shavasana the entire time, while being guided through meditation and sound of variousd instruments. Wear comfortable clothing. No experience necessary. No weight limit.

While floating in the silks, you will be bathed in sound, meditation and light massage. Charcuterie table offered. Perhaps a bonfire, depending on weather. it will be a vibe!
