Mandalas are more than a geometric design, it holds a great spiritual, symbolic and therapeutic meaning in Buddhist and Hindi cultures. Mandalas are instruments of meditation. In a sense, they are a perfect way to illustrate the benefits of doing art, reconnect with your creativity and improve your concentration. Simple and organic lines that have the power of making you feel present, connected and mindful. Drawing them would not only make you feel content and satisfied with yourself but also it can help you to deal with loss, frustration, stress, anxiety and depression.
During this workshop people will learn how to meditate while drawing mandalas. This workshop will help participants to cope with strong emotions, trauma, and challenges. Participants will also feel more grounded and connected to themselves and their surroundings.
