Speaker Bios

Lupita Nicole - is a local business women, Artist, Life Coach and mother of 4. Lupita grew up in Los Angeles where she experienced many hardships as a child. She found solace in the world of art. Throughout her journey she raised her family in Stockton while following her passion for the arts by supporting organizations in the community across San Joaquin County. Through her art she seeks to further awareness about social injustice, women's issues and put enfaces on the importanceof community in solving these issues. Her focus is now on extending that energy to others to develop them through any means to pursue goals and what brings them joy. Through her coaching she seeks to assist women in finding their voices and make impactful changes in their communities.

Kenyia Reed - a local native who was raised in the heart of it all, Central Stockton. She has seen and experienced her fair share of various traumas. But, she has healed and uses those same experiences to help others begin their journey. Currently she works as a social worker. She also works with a nonprofit organization, The OWL Movement which operates The Lighthouse. her motto is "Be there for yourself with no judgement". Her background includes a Master's of Social Work, a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and various other certifications. In her spare time she cooks, bakes, and enjoys reading.
