Your Favorite Animal in Pointillism

Pointillism is a painting technique that uses dots instead of brushstrokes to apply color. In this exercise, the kids are going to make a multicolor painting of their favorite animal using only primary colored dots that will mix to create secondary colors. The kids will note how different color combinations and placement will appear to be blended color to their eyes when the step back from their work.
